Logistics & Transportation
A $50M+ phased infrastructure project to ease congestion at the Port of Conakry. Strategically located for regional connectivity, the project includes permits, feasibility, and business case development. A national carrier project to improve Guinea’s regional air connectivity. Developed under a service agreement with a specialist consortium, the airline aims to support trade, tourism, and economic integration.
Infrastructure
Co-developed with CESAF, this 100-unit social housing development addresses Guinea’s critical housing shortage. The initiative integrates environmental design, affordability, and urban resilience.
Natural resource
The Nimba Iron Ore Project is located in southeastern Guinea, only 700 meters from the border with Côte d’Ivoire and 26 kilometers from Liberia’s Tokadeh railway. This strategic position provides direct access to established transport infrastructure and export routes, ensuring efficient logistics for long-term operations.
